OVERVIEW:
Working as Full-Time FSB Instructor, you will be responsible for instructing current course curriculum such as sales, products, and operations; assessing student performance; researching and developing new curriculum; and leading employees in their career development.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
o Teaching excellent education and development programs to employees
o Researching, developing and enhancing new and existing educational programs and delivery methods
o Working autonomously, collaborating with various teams, and balancing a variety of curriculum projects

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:
o A valid driver's license and the ability to meet our driving record requirements
o Possess or are working toward a 2 or 4 year college degree in a related educational field OR have teaching, training, or industry-related work experience
o Excellent written and oral communication skills
o Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to learn and utilize the various functions of the Learning Management System
o Ability and willingness to facilitate trainings and meetings using web-based meeting programs such as WebEx
o Ability to lead and facilitate small and large groups in a classroom setting
o Highly motivated, self-directed, and customer service oriented with the ability to motivate others
o Have a positive attitude and exhibit enthusiasm with colleagues and trainees
o Demonstrate strong organization, planning, and prioritizing abilities in order to meet deadlines
o Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning, and decision making skills
o Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
o Willingness and ability to travel up to approximately 50% of the time and facilitate courses at various training locations
o Able to lift, slide and lower training materials that typically weigh between 25-50 lbs
o Ability to pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam ONLY).
