Fastenal's Industrial Services Division supports our branches and our customers through Service Centers across the country, providing Tool and Hoist Repair, Hose Fabrication, Lifting and Rigging, Bandsaw Blade Welding, Calibration, Cutting Tool Recondition, among other high quality professional services.

OVERVIEW:
Working as Full-Time Services Sales Development, you will be directly responsible for the sales growth of Fastenal¿s Industrial Services offering within a geographical territory.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
o Providing a high rate of profitable sales growth to a focused book of business in a geographical territory
o Communicating at all levels of the company to promote growth and understanding of our Industrial Services program
o Providing a high level of Customer Service to Fastenal¿s stores, customers, and Service Centers
o Creating an effective marketing plan that promotes sales growth and greater participation from customers
o Conducting high level sales calls to implement programs with Fastenal customers, and encourage site participation

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:
o At least 1 year of sales work experience
o Proven history of sales growth and performance
o Excellent written and oral communication skills
o Strong math aptitude
o Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
o Strong organization, planning, and prioritizing abilities
o Highly motivated, self-directed, and customer service oriented
o Ability to work alone as well as in a team environment

o Willingness and ability to travel with some overnights required
o Ability to pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam ONLY).
