Direct Support Professional
Hello from Snyder HealthCare Systems! We have several Direct Support Professional (DSP) positions available in our Adult Foster Care facilities and are eager to hire!
Our facility locations are in Eagan, Mendota Heights and West St. Paul.

This position's responsibilities include
- Develop a rapport with residents and cultivate a safe and supportive relationship
- Assist in developing and implementing individual treatment plans for residents
- Ensure an appropriate staff-to-client ratio at all times
- Assist with daily living activities, including meal prep, community outings and assisting with personal hygiene if needed
- Mandated reporter and Vulnerable Adult training provided upon hire and annually therafter
- Provide transportation via company vehicles for local community outings
- Update resident case notes on a daily basis
- PCA training will be provided after 6 months of employment
Requirements:
Must have experience 1 + years in the field working with people with mental illness or developmental disabilities.
Must be able to work every other weekend (your weekend off is Friday, Saturday and Sunday off)
Must have a valid driver's license.
