Franchise Manager
This individual will be responsible for overall club financial performance, sales, team development, leadership and creatively growing a fitness franchise. This individual will work closely with a multiple-club franchisee on a daily basis. To be successful this individual must have:

- An entrepreneurial spirit as a contributor that will partner closely with our Personal Training Team.
Requirements:
- Strong sales background
- Must possess proven leadership skills
- Must have strong sales and customer service skills
- Must be goal-oriented and have a passion for helping individuals achieve their personal goals
- Must be friendly, outgoing and a people-person
Schedule: Monday- Thursday 11am-7pm, Friday 9am-2pm, Saturday (Seasonal)
Compensation: $35,000- $40,000 salary PLUS Commission. Earning Potential up to $75,000 (not capped)

Desired Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 years of fitness experience
- 2 years of management and sales experience
- An outgoing, high energy personality: Someone who cares about people!
- Money Motivated - A Club Manager has an opportunity to make +$75,000 / annual with bonus and commission opportunities
