Tasks Include:

• Assisting clients with activities of daily living and personal cares – including eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring and continence.
• Support the facility by helping to cook, clean, and run errands as needed.
• Making appointments, bringing clients to and from appointments and community outings.
• Staying up to date with documentation and proper procedures.
• Helping clients to become more independent by giving support and gentle coaching.
• Using redirection and de-escalation techniques as needed for client safety.
